Fly Fishing for Bass from Boat

Half-day float on the Susquehanna, one or two persons, $350/trip

The Susquehanna is an excellent bass-fishery and catching bass on the fly is a thrill!
This is a 5-6 hour float where we work the edges of the river as well as hard to reach areas between rocks and riffles in search for fish. We will float the river slowly with a three-person raft which gives us the ability to reach areas not accessible to wading fishermen and those using hard-bottom boats.

If you are already experienced with fly-fishing, then you will appreciate the attentiveness of the rower and the opportunity to focus on fishing while having the boat position for you. If you are new to fly-fishing, then this is a great way to grow since fishing from a raft means less obstructions and having an experienced guide giving you advice.

You need to have a valid PA fishing license, but boating equipment, flies, leaders, and a variety of snacks are included. You can either bring your own rod and reel or borrow equipment from All Out Tours.
Full-day float on the Juniata, one or two persons, $450/trip

The Juniata is a recognized fishery with a healthy population of hungry bass. You will not be disappointed!
This is a 8-9 hour float where make our way between two access points on the Juniata river. We use a three-person raft which gives us the ability to reach areas not easily accessible to wading fishermen and to those using hard-bottom boats.
Because this is a longer trip than the Susquehanna trip, it is better suited for those already experienced with fly-fishing. The guide will take you to prime fishing spots, strategically position the boat, give you input when you need it, help you select flies, untangle messes ;-) and generally be of service to make it a memorable fishing experience.
